People Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our People and Culture team and keep our people processes running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll take care of the operational side of the employee lifecycle, from contracts and onboarding paperwork to employee changes and offboarding, making sure everything is accurate, compliant and done on time. Working closely with our HR Business Partners, Payroll, Workforce and Talent Acquisition teams, you’ll be the one who keeps the details in order and helps find smarter, less manual ways of doing things.

What Makes You a Strong Match:

- 1+ year of experience in People Operations, HR administration or a similar role;

- Knowledge of the Lithuanian Labour Code and HR documentation;

- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems; experience with HiBob and Softera is a strong advantage;

- A process-improvement mindset and interest in automation (e.g. Excel/Google Sheets formulas, HRIS workflows);

- High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with full confidentiality;

- Independence and ownership: you’re comfortable being the person who makes things happen without waiting to be told;

- Clear, warm communication with employees and stakeholders;

- Fluency in Lithuanian and English.

• Own hiring and offboarding administration: employment contracts, termination documents, and everything in between;
• Process employee changes (position, salary, working hours, contract type, leaves) and keep all records accurate and up to date;
• Manage employee data and HR documentation across our tools: Softera, HiBob and Dokobit;
• Ensure HR procedures and documents comply with Lithuanian labour law and internal policies;
• Work closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely remuneration, and partner with Workforce, Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners and other stakeholders on day-to-day people matters;
• Identify manual, time-consuming processes and automate or simplify them;
• Be the first point of contact for employees’ questions about documents, contracts and HR procedures.
