• Lead the end-to-end outstaffing methodology globally and champion process updates across local teams;
• Standardize country-specific outstaffing workflows into a single cohesive global framework;
• Update legal and internal documentation in collaboration with the Enterprise Risk Management unit;
• Review, optimize, and manage global outstaffing vendors in alignment with the procurement team;
• Deploy strict Service Level Agreements to hold external partners accountable;
• Re-engineer outstaff payroll and vacation accrual landscapes to automate tasks and reduce manual errors;
• Spearhead or assist regional teams with technical outstaffing infrastructure for new country market launches;
• Act as the main liaison to the finance department for reporting, structural audits, and accruals.

• 3+ Years of international HR Operations, Global Mobility, or Outstaffing Vendor Management experience;
• Understanding of global employment structures, cross-border compliance risk analysis, and vendor contract negotiations;
• Strategic stakeholder management, proactive problem-solving, cross-cultural communication, and organizational agility;
• Nice to have: Payroll system automation experience.
