• Manage IT recruitment processes end to end, from market analysis and sourcing to candidate onboarding;
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and participate in client business meetings;
• Manage recruitment projects independently, including gathering and clarifying requirements;
• Coordinate Account Managers, Team Leaders, other teams, clients, and suppliers;
• Build positive relationships with candidates and ensure an excellent candidate experience;
• Manage several recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and timely delivery.

• 3–5 Years of experience in IT recruitment;
• English at minimum B2 level;
• Comfortable working in a process-driven environment focused on improving results;
• Able to advise clients and act as a strategic recruitment partner;
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, project-oriented environment;
• Strong knowledge of the IT market and proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Nice to have: experience in consulting or outsourcing.
