- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and tech consulting roles;
- Source and headhunt top candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and other channels;
- Conduct interviews and assess technical and soft skills;
- Partner with hiring managers and sales teams to define hiring needs;
- Manage the Zoho Recruit ATS and candidate pipelines.
требования
- 3+ Years of experience in IT recruitment;
- Solid understanding of Java, .NET, Python, and DevOps technologies;
- Fluent Polish and English;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Proactive and self-driven mindset.
