задачи
- Proactively source and engage IT professionals across Belgium and Europe;
- Screen and assess candidate suitability for various tech roles;
- Build and maintain a quality-driven talent network;
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to understand hiring needs;
- Keep up-to-date with tech trends to speak the language of your candidates.
требования
- 1+ Year experience in recruitment;
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Entrepreneurial mindset;
- Fluent in English;
- Nice to have: IT sector experience.
