Adapty provides a platform that enables mobile applications to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. The company supports over 20,000 applications and processes significant annual subscription volume, focusing on scaling its SaaS infrastructure globally.

• Own the end-to-end recruitment function across Adapty, FunnelFox, and Professional Services;
• Lead and manage a team of five recruiters;
• Close leadership roles, including VP, Head, and C-level positions;
• Develop and own the sourcing strategy, evaluation processes, and final hiring decisions;
• Build hiring infrastructure, including Ideal Candidate Profiles (ICPs), scorecards, and interview packs;
• Monitor team performance weekly against quotas and take necessary management actions;
• Provide real-time reporting to the CEO and leadership regarding pipeline metrics, funnel conversion, offer acceptance rates, and trial retention;
• Train hiring managers on effective candidate evaluation and alignment strategies.

• 5+ Years of experience in recruitment, including 2+ years leading a recruiting team with quota accountability;
• Proven experience personally closing VP, Head, or C-level roles;
• Experience building or owning end-to-end recruitment processes, including ICPs, scorecards, and interview packs;
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using metrics like Time to Offer and funnel conversion to diagnose problems;
• Experience making hiring and firing decisions within a team;
• Ability to challenge and push back on leadership or hiring managers based on data.
