• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing and shortlisting through interviewing, offer negotiation, and close;
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to build airtight hiring processes;
• Monitor recruitment dashboards and reports, keeping pipeline health in check and proactively surfacing insights and recommendations to hiring teams;
• Build and nurture a candidate network through market research, CRM engagement, and relationship management;
• Gather candidate feedback, analyze survey data, and turn insights into process improvements;
• Identify and lead projects to improve the TA function, including workflow automation, AI-driven tooling, and process redesign;
• Mentor and coach team members, share best practices, and train the team on new tools and technologies.

• 4+ Years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment;
• Strong track record of closing senior technical talent;
• Understanding of technical roles and the ability to discuss them with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and others;
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation in recruiting workflows, including sourcing, screening, outreach, and reporting;
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders from individual contributors to C-suite;
• Solutions-first mindset with the ability to identify friction and automate manual processes;
• Deep customer-first approach toward hiring managers and candidates;
• English proficiency for submitting the application;
