• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to the offer stage
• Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess experience, motivation, and cultural fit
• Present opportunities professionally and maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the process
• Work closely with clients, hiring managers, and internal team members
• Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines
• Keep recruitment data accurate and up to date in the ATS
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards

• 1–3 Years of recruitment experience in a recruitment agency
• Experience managing several vacancies simultaneously
• Strong sourcing skills and confidence using LinkedIn
• Fluent Russian and confident English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills
