задачи
- Recruit and select IT professionals;
- Post job advertisements and screen CVs;
- Source candidates through databases, LinkedIn, and other channels;
- Schedule and conduct interviews;
- Manage client needs and support business development.
требования
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or a similar field;
- At least 6 months of professional experience;
- Fluency in Portuguese, spoken and written;
- Proficiency in English, spoken and written;
- Strong sense of responsibility;
- Good time management and organisational skills;
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Legal authorization to work in Portugal;
- Nice to have: IT sector experience.
