задачи
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for permanent and body leasing roles;
- Ensure timely and high-quality placements;
- Maintain candidate retention during the trial period;
- Manage client expectations through efficient feedback loops and brief responsiveness;
- Maintain a steady pipeline of candidates for competitive and difficult roles;
- Utilize AI tools to improve process efficiency while maintaining candidate experience;
- Build and maintain a strong candidate experience and employer brand.
требования
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in recruitment, including IT staffing or body leasing;
- Proven track record in a 360-degree recruitment model with documented placements;
- Understanding of body leasing business models, including margins, rate cards, and B2B contracts;
- Hands-on experience with sourcing and hunting using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and databases;
- Ability to work autonomously with full ownership of the recruitment process;
- Proficiency in using AI tools for recruitment;
- Fluent Polish and English (at least B2 level);
- Nice to have: active network of IT contacts, experience with specific IT roles (Architects, Business/System Analysts, Data Warehouse Analysts, QA), experience in recruitment agencies or IT consulting, knowledge of ATS and automation tools, experience in contract negotiations, experience in employer branding.
