IT Recruiter

Ideamotive provides IT consulting and staffing services, connecting companies with specialized technical talent through a dedicated pipeline and sales support.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for permanent and body leasing roles;
• Ensure timely and high-quality placements;
• Maintain candidate retention during the trial period;
• Manage client expectations through efficient feedback loops and brief responsiveness;
• Maintain a steady pipeline of candidates for competitive and difficult roles;
• Utilize AI tools to improve process efficiency while maintaining candidate experience;
• Build and maintain a strong candidate experience and employer brand.

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in recruitment, including IT staffing or body leasing;
• Proven track record in a 360-degree recruitment model with documented placements;
• Understanding of body leasing business models, including margins, rate cards, and B2B contracts;
• Hands-on experience with sourcing and hunting using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and databases;
• Ability to work autonomously with full ownership of the recruitment process;
• Proficiency in using AI tools for recruitment;
• Fluent Polish and English (at least B2 level);
• Nice to have: active network of IT contacts, experience with specific IT roles (Architects, Business/System Analysts, Data Warehouse Analysts, QA), experience in recruitment agencies or IT consulting, knowledge of ATS and automation tools, experience in contract negotiations, experience in employer branding.
