задачи
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes by executing sourcing, screening, and interview coordination;
- Drive timely hiring outcomes by organizing and advancing recruitment stages;
- Collaborate with hiring managers through intake discussions to clarify role requirements and align expectations;
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers by summarizing evaluation results;
- Build candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing techniques;
- Adjust sourcing approaches based on market response and stakeholder feedback;
- Manage candidate communication to maintain engagement and transparency;
- Guide candidates through recruitment process steps;
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in internal systems;
- Apply recruitment standards and policies to ensure process consistency.
требования
- Around 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment;
- Practical experience with proactive sourcing strategies and talent market research in Ukraine;
- Solid knowledge of structured candidate screening, assessment, and evaluation techniques;
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment data management;
- Experience with stakeholder communication and alignment with hiring managers;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple roles simultaneously;
- Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset;
- English level intermediate or higher;
- Nice to have: Strong communication skills, experience managing candidate interactions with clarity, professionalism, and inclusivity.
