• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes by executing sourcing, screening, and interview coordination;
• Drive timely hiring outcomes by organizing and advancing recruitment stages;
• Collaborate with hiring managers through intake discussions to clarify role requirements and align expectations;
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers by summarizing evaluation results;
• Build candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing techniques;
• Adjust sourcing approaches based on market response and stakeholder feedback;
• Manage candidate communication to maintain engagement and transparency;
• Guide candidates through recruitment process steps;
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in internal systems;
• Apply recruitment standards and policies to ensure process consistency.

• Around 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment;
• Practical experience with proactive sourcing strategies and talent market research in Ukraine;
• Solid knowledge of structured candidate screening, assessment, and evaluation techniques;
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment data management;
• Experience with stakeholder communication and alignment with hiring managers;
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple roles simultaneously;
• Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset;
• English level intermediate or higher;
• Nice to have: Strong communication skills, experience managing candidate interactions with clarity, professionalism, and inclusivity.
