задачи
- Deliver hiring targets by achieving agreed recruitment KPIs, including Hiring Plan Completion, Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Quality of Hire;
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions across multiple business functions;
- Drive recruitment for complex, niche, and business-critical roles through proactive sourcing, headhunting, and creative talent acquisition strategies;
- Build trusted relationships with Hiring Managers, define hiring strategies, challenge assumptions, and facilitate efficient hiring decisions;
- Build long-term relationships with candidates while ensuring transparent, timely, and professional communication;
- Experiment with new sourcing approaches, AI tools, and recruitment methodologies to increase hiring speed, efficiency, and quality;
- Monitor recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks, and optimize hiring processes based on business needs and analytics.
требования
- 2+ Years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a proven track record of achieving hiring targets and recruitment KPIs;
- Strong expertise in proactive sourcing, headhunting, and building talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels;
- Ability to build trusted partnerships with Hiring Managers, define hiring strategies, and drive efficient hiring decisions;
- Strong interviewing and evaluation skills to identify the best match based on competencies, motivation, and business needs;
- Experience using recruitment metrics to improve hiring performance and optimize recruitment processes;
- Experience improving recruitment workflows and leveraging AI tools to increase sourcing efficiency and automate routine tasks;
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a proactive, results-oriented approach;
- English B2 or higher.
