• Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms;
• Gather payroll data such as leaves, working hours, and bank accounts;
• Address employee queries about benefits;
• Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies;
• Scan documents and regularly re-check documents in folders;
• Participate in organizing company events.

• Experience with MS Office;
• Organizational skills;
• BSc in Human Resources Management or a similar field;
• Nice to have: Experience in a similar junior HR role.
