• Recruit candidates, conduct pre-screening, and organize on-site and online interviews;
• Coordinate employee adaptation and performance processes;
• Maintain current HR procedures and policies and implement new ones;
• Advise management on personnel management issues;
• Handle relocation and immigration processes for new employees;
• Support employees and resolve HR-related issues;
• Organize corporate and social events;
• Prepare reports and ad-hoc analyses;
• Supervise health and safety policies.

• 3+ Years of experience in HR, preferably in an international IT or gaming company;
• Managerial skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Russian language is required;
• Very good command of English;
• Knowledge of Cyprus Labour and Immigration Law and other requirements of Governmental Authorities;
• Computer skills;
• Nice to have: Good command of Greek.
