задачи
- Recruit candidates, conduct pre-screening, and organize on-site and online interviews;
- Coordinate employee adaptation and performance processes;
- Maintain current HR procedures and policies and implement new ones;
- Advise management on personnel management issues;
- Handle relocation and immigration processes for new employees;
- Support employees and resolve HR-related issues;
- Organize corporate and social events;
- Prepare reports and ad-hoc analyses;
- Supervise health and safety policies.
требования
- 3+ Years of experience in HR, preferably in an international IT or gaming company;
- Managerial skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Russian language is required;
- Very good command of English;
- Knowledge of Cyprus Labour and Immigration Law and other requirements of Governmental Authorities;
- Computer skills;
- Nice to have: Good command of Greek.
