Management team position
Verisure Uk and Ireland is one of our most important growth markets, operating in a large, underpenetrated category with significant opportunity ahead. Having successfully scaled over the last decade, the UK & Ireland business is now entering its next phase of development: combining continued growth with greater operational excellence, organisational maturity and leadership capability. Despite a challenging economic environment, the business continues to deliver strong momentum, achieving more than 20% year-on-year growth in new installations while continuing to gain market share and invest for future growth.
As we enter this next chapter, we are looking for an HR Director UK & Ireland to join the Management Team and play a defining role in shaping the future of the business. At Verisure, HR is far more than a staff function. It is a strategic leadership position that plays a critical role in enabling growth, strengthening performance and building the organisation required to deliver our ambitions.This is not a traditional HR leadership position. It is:

- A seat at the Management Team, working closely with the Managing Director and senior leaders on some of the business's most important strategic, organisational and operational priorities.

We've built a strong business, a strong culture and a strong platform for growth. The next chapter is about scaling with even greater impact, capability and organisational excellence — and the HR Director will play a central role in making that happen.
The role is expected to be London-based, with regular office presence and regular travel to Newcastle and to one of our 20+ sales branch locations. The successful candidate should be visible, close to the business and able to build credibility through direct engagement with leaders and teams, from MT level to frontline level with our sellers and call center agents.

We protect a portfolio of over 6.2 million customers across 18 countries. In 14 of our 18 geographies, we lead the category in terms of customers served and we continue to gain market share. We have a strong track record of profitable and resilient growth, primarily delivered organically by our codified and industrialised business model with high share of recurring revenues (about 90%) and industry leading retention.

Beyond the numbers, this performance reflects a business with rare resilience, a highly predictable recurring revenue model, and uninterrupted growth. We will continue to scale with discipline, investing in innovation, customer experience, and market leadership across every market we serve.
