• Strategic consulting and support for international business units and local HR organizations on all HR-related issues in a global context
• Leading and implementing group-wide HR projects and transformation initiatives, e.g., in the areas of organizational development, talent management, performance management, and compensation & benefits
• Developing, harmonizing, and implementing global HR strategies, standards, processes, and guidelines to support corporate objectives
• Management of international organizational and change management projects, as well as support for integration and growth initiatives
• Analysis of global HR metrics, and the development and implementation of sustainable measures to increase employee retention, organizational effectiveness, and talent development
• Coordination and management of collaboration with regional HR teams and relevant corporate functions to ensure a consistent global HR approach
