ChillBase is a game development studio working on large-scale products for a global audience. Its main title, OneState, is a live open-world mobile game with millions of players. The studio continuously releases updates, evolves the product and scales its teams.

• Build and develop assessment, growth, and talent management systems for assigned business units
• Mentor line managers and help improve their team management skills
• Gather requests from C-level executives and managers, translate them into people solutions, and track progress
• Launch and manage HR projects tailored to business needs, including performance, talent, succession, organizational changes, and onboarding
• Own cross-functional HR projects from requirements gathering and approach design through implementation, rollout, and post-analysis
• Improve onboarding, offboarding, development, and internal mobility processes
• Build and maintain a knowledge base, frameworks, and internal materials for managers and teams
• Participate in shaping and developing the HR function
• Improve cohesion and collaboration across distributed teams
• Prepare analytics, insights, and recommendations for leadership on people, risks, and organizational decisions

• 3–4+ Years of experience as an HRBP, preferably in IT, GameDev, or a fast-growing product environment
• Experience supporting teams of 200–300+ employees or managing multiple business units simultaneously
• Experience in organizational design, including roles, areas of responsibility, structure, reporting lines, and team changes
• Experience conducting Performance Reviews, calibrations, talent reviews, and potential assessments, and working with succession plans
• Experience implementing and developing AI-driven processes and automation
• Ability to analyze data on performance, turnover, hiring, engagement, structure, and team risks
• Basic project management skills and experience leading a small team
• Understanding of employer branding and EVP
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and understanding business principles
• Fluent Russian and spoken English proficiency
