Would you like to contribute to the development of our Regional Head Office by delivering HR support that makes a real difference for people and the business? In this role you will report to Senior HR Business Partner in our Head Office in Denmark.

Do you have a passion for HR and people development, and would you like to support JYSK's Service Functions in attracting and developing great talent? Are you eager to learn, build relationships, and make a positive impact in a dynamic international organisation?

In this newly established role, you will support leaders in attracting, developing, and retaining talented colleagues, helping to ensure that JYSK continues to be an attractive place to work.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

As HR Business Partner for our Service Functions, IT, and Sales & Expansion departments in Handewitt, you play a key role in enabling leaders to build and develop high-performing teams. This includes supporting recruitment processes and acting as a trusted sparring partner to leaders on a regular basis.
