We are looking for an HR Business Partner in Malta to join our global HR team. In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across our Operations organisation, providing proactive and hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle.
As a trusted advisor, you will help leaders navigate employee relations matters, performance management, organisational changes, talent development, and day-to-day people challenges. You will combine strong business understanding, labour law expertise, and data-driven insights to support business objectives while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Working closely with the wider HR team, you will contribute to creating an engaging, high-performing, and compliant workplace where our people can thrive.
