Project Manager - PMO

Our PMO keeps projects aligned across every vertical in the group: Commercial, Product & Technology, HR, Finance or Operations. As a Project Manager, you'll lead the projects that move the business forward, such as new market entries, platform integrations, new regulation and other, and work within our AI programme. You'll run one large project or several smaller ones in parallel, and deliver them through the PMO governance we have built.

You'll join a team of four project managers and report to the Head of PMO. You'll work closely with Strategy and Excellence and with stakeholders across the group.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Proven experience delivering projects end to end, using steering committees, risk management and decision logs
• Experience running projects with technical elements, translating requirements between business and technical teams
• Clear communication and strong stakeholder management, including leading cross-functional teams you don't manage directly
• A solution-focused approach: you bring options and drive problems to a decision, not just raise them
• Understanding of AI in a business context, ideally having used it in your own project work
• Working knowledge of PMI or PRINCE2 and agile or scrum delivery, plus confident use of Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience with projects shaped by regulation, licensing or compliance, in any industry
