- Build and develop the recruitment function as the company scales
- Lead complex searches end to end, including market mapping, sourcing, outreach, interviews, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers and C-level leaders to define candidate profiles and hiring strategies
- Build pipelines of strong passive candidates and develop a systematic approach to headhunting
- Analyze recruitment funnels, identify bottlenecks, and improve hiring efficiency
требования
- 5+ Years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Strong hands-on sourcing and headhunting skills, including experience with passive candidates
- Experience with market mapping and building sourcing strategies for complex roles
- Experience hiring senior-, lead-, or management-level candidates
- Experience managing recruiters or clear potential to build and lead a recruitment team
- Будет плюсом: experience in tech, product, fintech, executive search, or a strong recruitment agency
