compensation business partner for Infrastructure

• Own end-to-end delivery of global rewards programs for Infrastructure, translating enterprise frameworks into plans, decisions, communications, and manager actions
• Advise senior Infrastructure leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition while balancing Infrastructure needs with company-wide consistency, fairness, affordability, and governance
• Evaluate new and evolving Infrastructure roles within the global job architecture and recommend grades, salary ranges, incentive opportunities, and equity treatment
• Lead Infrastructure delivery across merit, bonus, and equity cycles, coordinate global timelines and requirements, guide leadership calibrations, resolve complex issues, and ensure accurate, equitable, on-budget outcomes
• Monitor external market trends and internal Infrastructure workforce data across geographies, roles, pay mix, and incentive practices; identify gaps and recommend improvements to global program owners
• Apply global equity frameworks across Infrastructure and propose geographic, performance, or critical-talent differentiation through governance channels
• Build and scale local compensation policies as Infrastructure expands into new countries and regions, aligning local practices with global governance and market realities
• Develop executive insights on pay positioning, incentive outcomes, equity value, budget impact, hiring trends, and retention risk
• Track rewards program delivery, adoption, and effectiveness in Infrastructure; identify pay, incentive, compression, or equity risks and lead corrective action
• Connect Infrastructure with global Rewards, bring business insight into enterprise design, influence priorities and adaptations, and explain global approaches within Infrastructure
• Lead manager enablement and guide less experienced rewards professionals

• Extensive progressive experience in compensation or total rewards, including substantial business-partnering experience with Engineering, Infrastructure, or other technical functions in a complex multinational organization
• Advanced knowledge of base salary, equity programs, market pricing, job evaluation, annual compensation planning, technical and infrastructure reward models, and international multi-country pay practices
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, including evaluating ambiguous variables, assessing business and cost implications, and turning complex data into executive recommendations
• Success influencing and constructively challenging senior stakeholders while balancing business advocacy, enterprise stewardship, global consistency, and governance
• Executive-level communication, consulting, and facilitation skills; ability to align stakeholders and explain rewards concepts clearly and commercially
• Experience owning cross-functional rewards program delivery in a matrixed global model and using compensation, market, and business intelligence tools
