• Work with the sales team to understand the profiles being sought.
• Identify the best profiles through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels, and manage responses to job postings.
• Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidates’ skills and motivation according to our criteria.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide HR follow-up for a team of consultants, offering individual, close support through regular career development check-ins and helping create a personalized training plan.
• Contribute to various initiatives, such as developing relationships with schools (career fairs, CV workshops, mock interviews), managing the employer brand, and organizing internal events…

• You are studying at BAC+3 to BAC+5 level and are looking for an internship abroad lasting 6 months (the internship start date can be adjusted according to the candidate’s profile).
• You do not have previous HR experience, but are ready to commit and train just like all our recruitment experts…
