• Work with the sales team to understand the profiles being sought.
• Identify the best profiles through LinkedIn, job boards and other channels, and manage responses to job advertisements.
• Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidates’ skills and motivation according to our criteria.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide HR support to a team of consultants through close individual guidance, including regular discussions about career development and the creation of a personalized training plan.
• Contribute to various initiatives, such as developing relationships with schools (career fairs, CV workshops, interview simulations), managing the employer brand, and organizing internal events.

• You are studying for a bachelor's or master's degree and are looking for an international internship lasting 6 months (the start date can be adjusted to suit the candidate’s profile).
• You have no previous HR experience, but are ready to commit and learn, just like all our recruitment experts.
• You are adaptable and want to work in an international environment.
• You have a strong results orientation, enjoy challenges, and are motivated to take initiative.
• You want to learn and are motivated to become an excellent IT recruiter.
