• Test new features, improvements, and bug fixes;
• Validate key user flows and important edge cases;
• Identify issues before they reach production;
• Communicate quality risks clearly;
• Review requirements and acceptance criteria;
• Identify gaps, edge cases, and potential risks;
• Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to clarify expected behavior;
• Prioritize testing based on product risk;
• Combine structured and exploratory testing;
• Ensure important regression scenarios are covered;
• Keep documentation simple and useful;
• Write clear and actionable bug reports;
• Investigate issues using logs, APIs, and monitoring tools;
• Share timely feedback throughout development;
• Help improve future testing based on production learnings;
• Use AI to support test design, investigations, and documentation;
• Review and validate AI-generated output;
• Spend time on exploratory testing, risk analysis, and collaboration;
• Improve workflows with new tools.

• 3+ Years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer testing web applications;
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and test design;
• Hands-on experience with exploratory, functional, regression, and API testing;
• Ability to review requirements, identify risks, and raise questions before development starts;
• Experience testing APIs using Postman or similar tools;
• Working knowledge of SQL or GraphQL for investigation and data validation;
• Experience investigating issues using logs, monitoring, or analytics tools like Sentry, Rollbar, or Amplitude;
• Experience using AI tools to improve testing and investigation workflows;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional product teams.
