The company operates within the cybersecurity industry, specializing in the development of mission-critical telecommunications systems designed for defense and homeland security applications.

• Execute hardware and system-level test plans for telecom systems (GSM / UMTS / LTE);
• Perform debugging and root cause analysis across components and full systems;
• Validate systems during production and pre-deployment phases;
• Develop scripts and tools to support test automation and efficiency;
• Analyze field issues and support on-site deployments when required;
• Collaborate with hardware, RF, and software engineers to resolve issues.

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field;
• Hands-on experience or relevant academic projects/internships in hardware testing or troubleshooting;
• Understanding of telecommunications systems (GSM, UMTS, LTE) or wireless/networking technologies;
• Ability to debug hardware/system failures and identify root causes;
• Ability to read and understand schematics and system-level diagrams;
• Experience working in Linux environments;
• Basic scripting skills in Python or willingness to develop automation capabilities;
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Ability to perform in high-pressure environments;
• Nice to have: Willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis, Availability for occasional off-hours support in critical situations.
