Acclaim AI develops AI-powered voice assistant products, including devices and software, with a focus on privacy-first and on-premises deployment for enterprise clients.

• Assess assistant quality regarding prompt/instruction following and compliance with requirements;
• Catch regressions between prompt and model versions;
• Test the assistant via observability and tracing tools, including tool calls, memory handling, and reasoning;
• Perform end-to-end manual testing of the assistant in mobile apps and on devices like TVs and speakers;
• Test voice interaction, ASR/TTS quality, and voice UX;
• Test product scenarios such as agentic e-commerce, media content guides, and basic utility functions;
• Test the distributed backend platform, including dialog orchestration and LLM agent services;
• Verify end-to-end request paths, integration correctness, and service seams using logs and traces;
• Maintain test cases and bug reports;
• Collaborate with TPM, Prompt Engineers, developers, DevOps, and ML teams;
• Perform first-line QA of critical scenarios ahead of demos.

• 5+ Years of manual QA experience with a high level of ownership and self-direction;
• Experience testing AI agents or assistants, specifically scenario and prompt following, response quality, and relevance;
• Experience testing AI systems via observability or tracing tools like LangSmith to analyze traces, tool calls, and memory handling;
• Experience with mobile or TV-app testing;
• Experience testing backends and integrations, including API testing (REST/gRPC) and log/trace analysis (Kibana, Grafana, Loki);
• Solid knowledge of QA fundamentals including test design, documentation, and defect handling;
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily QA processes;
• Nice to have: Experience testing speech technologies (ASR/TTS) and audio, building and running AI-assistant quality evaluations (evals, LLM-as-judge), CI/CD and test environment configuration, device testing (ADB), willingness to move into test automation.
