DCG is an IT services company providing specialized software development and quality assurance solutions, with a strong focus on the banking and financial sectors.

• Perform end-to-end testing of applications and surrounding ecosystems within the Mortgage domain;
• Analyze requirements, design comprehensive test scenarios, create detailed test cases, and execute manual functional tests across full user workflows;
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps;
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues, perform retesting, and support regression testing;
• Review functional requirements for completeness, clarity, and testability;
• Participate in refinement sessions and ensure acceptance criteria are clear and testable;
• Verify integration points between system components and validate data flows across applications;
• Test third-party integrations from a functional perspective;
• Work with business analysts, developers, product owners, and other project stakeholders;
• Participate in agile ceremonies and communicate test progress, risks, and testing estimates;
• Prepare test status reports and quality metrics;
• Assess release readiness and support UAT activities;
• Plan and execute regression tests for each release.

• 8+ Years of experience in software testing;
• Strong testing experience, preferably with background in the Mortgage domain;
• Solid manual testing skills, including functional, system, integration, API, and end-to-end testing;
• Strong tester mindset with high attention to detail, quality, and potential risks;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proactive approach and ability to take ownership of testing activities;
• General testing knowledge at ISTQB Foundation Level;
• Experience with modern testing standards and good testing practices;
• Experience in defining, executing, and reporting tests for complex software systems;
• Practical experience with test management tools such as qTest, Xray, HP ALM, or similar;
• Practical experience working with Jira and Confluence;
• Experience working in Agile teams;
• Ability to work effectively in an international, cross-country environment;
• Good communication skills;
• English B2;
• Willingness to learn and understand new tools, processes, and business areas;
• Nice to have: ISTQB Foundation Level certification, knowledge of automated API testing tools such as Postman collections, REST Assured, Cypress, or similar, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, experience testing microservices-based architectures, experience with system testing of modern web or mobile UI applications.
