задачи
- Perform manual functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
- Develop and maintain automated tests using Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Maven.
- Validate Salesforce business workflows, custom objects, and system integrations.
- Perform REST API testing and backend data validation.
- Identify, document, investigate, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other QA engineers.
- Contribute to test coverage improvements and continuous quality enhancement.
требования
- 5+ years of professional software QA experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce application testing experience.
- Practical experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
- Strong manual functional and end-to-end testing skills.
- Hands-on automation experience with Java and Selenium WebDriver.
- Experience using TestNG and Maven in test automation projects.
- REST API testing experience, preferably with Postman.
- SQL/SOQL knowledge for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with defect management and test documentation.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Будет плюсом: Experience testing Salesforce Flows, Apex triggers, validation rules, and custom objects; Experience with Salesforce integrations involving external enterprise applications; CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools; Experience with TestRail or other test management tools; ISTQB or Salesforce certifications
