• Drive QA strategy and best practices across the backend ecosystem;
• Ensure the quality of the insurance platform and distributed backend services as part of the Core team.

• 5+ Years of experience in QA Engineering with a primary focus on backend;
• 2+ Years of proven technical leadership experience with hands-on ownership of quality for production backend services;
• Background in distributed backend microservices, including gRPC APIs and Kafka event-driven systems;
• English B2+;
