The company provides digital transformation services for a global reinsurance client. The team works on an AI-Hub, a cloud-based SaaS service that provides AI-accelerated capabilities via APIs to other digital products.

• Define testing strategies and quality gates for products incorporating AI/ML and GenAI components;
• Design, build, and maintain automation test suites across frontend and backend layers;
• Create test scenarios and scripts from use cases and requirements;
• Drive defects to closure and maintain suites across releases;
• Design and evolve AI-augmented automation frameworks;
• Evaluate emerging Gen AI tooling for testing applicability;
• Plan and execute performance testing for production services;
• Set baselines and regression gates;
• Apply coding agents to accelerate test-framework authoring and maintenance;
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery mode;
• Provide quality insights, technical leadership, and mentorship to team members.

• 8+ Years of experience in Test Automation Engineering and Software Quality;
• Experience defining testing strategies for products with AI/ML or GenAI components;
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Python, pytest, and REST;
• Backend and API testing experience including data validation and E2E;
• Frontend web application test automation using Playwright or Selenium;
• Strong working knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases;
• Proficiency with API tooling like Postman or Bruno;
• Hands-on daily use of coding agents and agentic development workflows;
• Experience designing performance test plans and integrating performance gates into CI/CD;
• Agile delivery experience;
• Proficiency with Git and Azure DevOps or JIRA;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good communication skills for working in a global team;
• Nice to have: Quality-gate experience in CI/CD pipelines, domain knowledge of underwriting or Life & Health insurance.
