• Define and own a robust, scalable, and cost-effective test automation strategy aligning with short-term release goals and long-term product vision for a low-latency trading environment;
• Drive AI/ML adoption by championing the research, proof-of-concept, and full implementation of AI-powered testing tools, focusing on utilizing the Model Context Protocol with Playwright in Python to build adaptive, self-aware test suites;
• Lead, mentor, and coach Senior, Mid, and Junior Automation Engineers while fostering a culture of engineering excellence and high coding standards;
• Represent QA in architecture reviews and design discussions to ensure testability is built into system design from inception;
• Lead the design and development of advanced, polyglot test automation frameworks for API, UI, Database, and Mobile;
• Define and manage the strategy for high-frequency performance and load testing, focusing on latency and throughput benchmarks for a Forex trading platform;
• Collaborate closely with DevOps to optimize the continuous testing pipeline and ensure fast test suite execution in CI/CD flows;
• Design test automation solutions that gather and utilize system context and behavior data to enhance testing coverage.

• Bring 7+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or senior mentorship role within a FinTech, Forex, or high-transactional platform environment;
• Demonstrate expert-level coding skills in at least one modern language and deep understanding of object-oriented design and automation patterns;
• Have strong background in performance, load, and stress testing using tools like k6 and Locust;
• Possess expertise in integrating automation into modern CI/CD pipelines and working with containerization for scalable test environment management;
• Show proven understanding or hands-on experience working with AI/ML testing concepts around Model Context Protocol, adaptive testing, or self-healing techniques;
• Have experience with integrating and leveraging specialized AI/ML tools to enhance testing intelligence and coverage;
• Understand financial market concepts and trading platform functionalities;
