CAT Digital’s Advanced Data Quality team focuses on advanced data quality solutions.

• Lead the QA process for Java-based projects;
• Manage product ownership or project management responsibilities;
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members;
• Handle backend services including APIs, databases, and distributed services;
• Construct test environments using CI/CD and Spring Boot;
• Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum development process.

• Bachelor’s or College degree;
• 6+ Years of experience in both automation and manual Java testing methodologies;
• At least 3 years of experience as a PO or PM;
• Proven experience in mentoring, leading, and code review practice;
• Proficiency in Linux and database operations (MySQL, PostgreSQL);
• Strong programming skills in Java;
• Experience with Java, AWS, JUnit 5, Karate, and Agile;
• Fluent in Russian and English (B2);
• Must be located outside Russia and Belarus.

• 5 Hours daily overlap with the core team (8 a.m. – 1 p.m. UTC-5);
• Minimum contract duration of 9 months;
