• Take ownership of daily operations for internal Development and Publishing QA teams;
• Manage resource allocation and task delegation;
• Evaluate and validate internal QA processes and execution quality;
• Introduce best practices, training, and mentorship;
• Serve as a primary point of contact between QA and other internal teams;
• Translate development milestones into actionable daily directives;
• Partner with QA Managers to provide visibility into build stability, test progress, and launch readiness;
• Act as a direct operational contact for external QA partners;
• Maintain communication loops to integrate external bug data and test results into internal pipelines.

• 5+ Years of experience in Quality Assurance within the games industry (Development and Publishing);
• 2+ Years of experience in a Lead role;
• Experience interfacing directly with external QA vendors, outsourcing partners, or co-development teams;
• Expert-level proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar test management systems;
• Strong skills in designing structured test cases and optimizing database workflows;
• Nice to have: Shipped at least one AA+ or AAA title as a QA Lead or Senior QA Tester, deep personal understanding of player expectations within Action-RPG or Soulslike genres.
