The internal technology team, WDTech, focuses on developing data-driven solutions and innovative software to disrupt traditional real estate processes.

• Analyze functional and technical requirements to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks early in the SDLC;
• Develop a deep understanding of business objectives and user journeys to validate that solutions meet real-world needs;
• Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including functional, automated, integration, and regression testing;
• Implement scalable automated testing frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines;
• Define, track, and evolve clear quality metrics to promote transparency and continuous improvement;
• Communicate actionable quality insights to Engineering, Product Management, and business stakeholders;
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate testing tools and approaches based on scalability and maintainability.

• 6+ Years of experience in software quality engineering or software development;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Experience building and maintaining automated UI and API test frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines;
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies;
• Proficiency in UI and API testing approaches and modern automation tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Postman;
• Working knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to surface issues proactively;
• Ability to work independently and provide early feedback in an Agile environment;
• Nice to have: Experience in real estate finance or financial services, knowledge of AI-enabled tools for test design and automation.
