• Design and execute functional, integration, regression, UI, and end-to-end test cases;
• Perform manual API testing with Postman and validate complex payment flows and integrations;
• Test web and mobile applications;
• Identify, document, and communicate bugs through clear reports and usability feedback;
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders on testing strategy;
• Investigate production issues using logs and monitoring tools such as Kibana and Elasticsearch;
• Analyze risks, alerts, and system behavior, including antifraud-related flows;
• Work effectively with incomplete documentation;
• Support release processes.

• 3–5+ Years of experience in Manual QA at a strong Middle or Senior level;
• Proven experience in fintech or payment systems;
• Strong hands-on experience in API testing with Postman or similar tools;
• Solid understanding of web application testing with browser DevTools and proxy tools such as Charles or Fiddler;
• Experience testing iOS and Android applications;
• Practical experience with complex payment flows and financial transactions;
• Good knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases;
• Experience with logs and monitoring tools such as Elasticsearch and Kibana;
• Strong test design skills, including coverage of edge cases and complex scenarios;
• Experience testing complex integrations and systems with non-trivial business logic;
• Ability to analyze alerting and reporting systems and understand system behavior from logs and metrics;
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking;
• Ability to work with incomplete or ambiguous documentation, proactively identify gaps, and predict system behavior;
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset;
• Nice to have: experience testing antifraud systems or risk-related features, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure DevOps, AI-driven testing tools and agents.
