• Design and maintain test cases and test suites for product features;
• Participate in agile practices including discovery, refinement, decomposition, sprint planning, and demos;
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for APIs and mobile UI (iOS and Android);
• Implement shift-left testing practices;
• Build and maintain test frameworks and tools for QA engineers and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines;
• Ensure the reliability of testing infrastructure;
• Work with TechOps and other teams to implement quality management processes and improve testing workflows;
• Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with backend and mobile developers to prevent regressions;
• Track quality metrics in Jira and Tableau;
• Automate routine tasks and advocate for testability;
• Mentor QA team members.

• 3+ Years in functional testing, 3+ years in QA automation, and 1+ year in mobile app testing and automation;
• Recent hands-on experience with both functional and automated testing;
• Proficiency in API testing (Postman or similar), DB operations (CRUD), and basic CLI tools (bash/zsh);
• Proficiency in web front-end testing;
• Proficiency in Kotlin or strong programming skills in Python, Java, or TypeScript;
• Solid understanding of mobile platforms, client-server architecture, and network protocols;
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), Git, and test management practices;
• Ability to read backend and frontend code to pinpoint defects;
• Experience using AI-assisted dev tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude);
• English: Intermediate or higher;
