Shiftbase develops workforce management software that enables teams to plan shifts, track time, and manage leave. The platform aims to reduce administrative overhead for thousands of organizations across Europe.

• Build out mobile test automation and retire manual regression as a release gate;
• Map coverage strengths and weaknesses to close critical gaps for safe shipping;
• Develop frameworks and tooling that allow QA testers and developers to author tests independently;
• Pair with team members to improve their test authoring skills;
• Track flakiness, coverage, escaped defects, and cycle time to measure suite trustworthiness;
• Integrate testing insights into the continuous deployment workflow.

• Proven experience making test suites trustworthy at scale, specifically for gating merges or releases;
• Ability to work in the codebase as a peer, reading and writing code, and reasoning about APIs, data, and integration points;
• Strong communication and mentoring skills to help others level up;
• Experience building mobile test automation or standing up automation on an unfamiliar platform;
• Must have the right to work in the Netherlands;
• Nice to have: Experience with frequent or fully automated releases, experience with AI-assisted development, familiarity with complex regulated domains like scheduling or labor law.
