qa engineer (manual) in banking

• Design and execute comprehensive E2E tests for critical business processes;
• Analyze requirements and create test scenarios and cases;
• Test flows involving multiple applications, systems, and integrations;
• Plan tests and coordinate dependencies related to test data and environments;
• Perform manual functional, system, integration, and REST API testing;
• Plan and execute regression tests;
• Identify, document, and track defects;
• Participate in refinements and collaborate with business and technical teams;
• Report test status, quality, and release readiness.

• At least 8 years of experience in Software Testing / QA;
• Very good experience in E2E testing, especially in complex environments involving multiple applications and teams;
• Ability to design coverage for complex business flows;
• Experience working with test data and test environments;
• Practical knowledge of REST API testing;
• Experience with manual functional, system, integration, and E2E testing;
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and qTest / Xray / HP ALM or similar tools;
• Very strong analytical skills;
• Very good English and fluent communication with stakeholders;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of the banking / mortgage sector, experience in Mortgage / Lending / Banking, knowledge of PEGA, experience in large and complex application ecosystems and cross-team work.
