• Design and implement automated test suites for switch software and firmware;
• Develop Python-based testing frameworks for functional and performance testing;
• Perform regression, stress, and system-level testing on hardware platforms;
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines;
• Work with developers to identify, reproduce, and verify fixes for software defects.

• Have a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in a similar position;
• Have strong experience in Python-based test automation;
• Know networking automation frameworks and Linux environments;
• Have hands-on experience testing physical and virtual L2/L3 switches and routers;
• Have experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab;
• Be self-driven, analytical, and effective in team collaboration;
• Have good spoken and written English for everyday communication;
• Reside in Poland;
• Nice to have: knowledge of C/C++, experience with Docker, Ansible, or Vagrant, familiarity with traffic generators such as IxNetwork, Spirent, and TRex.
