• Develop and own an overarching quality strategy for microservices, microfrontends, and legacy systems;
• Build a modern, scalable testing environment;
• Establish standards and processes;
• Enable developers to ensure sustainable quality;
• Ensure structure, stability, and quality across a growing software organization.

• Have a deep understanding of modern testing strategies, including the test pyramid, unit, component, contract, E2E, and performance testing;
• Have very good TypeScript skills and practical experience with Playwright, Jest, and/or Vitest;
• Have experience with microservice architectures, microfrontends, and API/contract testing;
• Have expertise in building and enhancing test automation and test frameworks;
• Have experience with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps;
• Have strong architecture and system understanding, including legacy integration;
• Be able to coach development teams and build a quality culture;
• Have fluent German and English language skills;
• Demonstrate ownership, strong prioritization, and systems thinking;
• Nice to have: experience with domain-driven testing, knowledge of test data strategy and test environment management, experience with non-functional testing such as performance, security, and reliability, industry knowledge in automotive, ERP, or finance.
