qa engineer (manual) for operational infrastructure

Twelve builds operational infrastructure for sports clubs, festivals, stadiums, lunchrooms, and hospitality venues. Its products combine software, hardware, reliable data, and operational intelligence to help locations serve thousands of guests efficiently.

• Functionally test new functionality;
• Execute and maintain regression tests;
• Set up and expand test automation;
• Test APIs, integrations, and user interfaces;
• Test software together with hardware such as POS terminals, payment equipment, scanners, and kitchen displays;
• Collaborate with engineers to reproduce and resolve bugs quickly;
• Contribute to acceptance criteria and test scenarios;
• Support releases and quality checks;
• Identify quality risks and improvement areas across products and processes;
• Contribute to a pragmatic QA approach for a growing product organization.

• Experience as a QA Engineer in software development;
• Experience with both manual testing and test automation;
• Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or comparable tools;
• Experience with Postman or comparable tools for testing and validating APIs;
• Experience with Azure DevOps or comparable tools for backlog management, test management, and CI/CD processes;
• Knowledge of programming languages such as TypeScript, C#, or comparable languages;
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
• Nice to have: experience with SaaS products, experience with hardware combined with software, relevant certification such as ISTQB or TMAP, experience in a product organization or scale-up.
