The company is a long-established Cyprus-based technology company that works with experienced software professionals and delivers software solutions to international clients.

• Find, investigate, record, document, and monitor bugs using structured QA best practices;
• Create and execute comprehensive test cases;
• Read and analyse requirements, specifications, and technical design documents;
• Communicate with the development team;
• Gather evidence and demonstrate understanding when creating bug reports;
• Design and execute regression test suites and perform system testing;
• Perform basic API testing and frontend testing;
• Execute testing at all stages of the software development life cycle;
• Review test cases prepared by other team members;
• Provide estimates for assigned tasks;
• Participate in QA planning and review meetings, contributing ideas and updates;
• Offer continuous improvement ideas and feedback on QA and company processes;
• Ensure that the product meets high quality standards and fulfils business requirements.

• 3–4 Years of industry testing experience;
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes;
• Experience with functional, integration, module, and regression testing;
• Experience writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases;
• Deep knowledge of web application testing;
• Experience with data validation, including data types and their testing specifics;
• Proven experience working on complex projects;
• Strong troubleshooting skills and close attention to detail;
• Ability and willingness to conduct manual tests;
• Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision;
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development process;
• Knowledge of databases, including MS-SQL;
• Excellent command of English and Greek;
• Responsible, accountable, and comfortable owning your work;
• Nice to have: Automation experience with Selenium or similar tools, Microsoft SSRS, VSTS/Azure DevOps, experience with Redis or Azure, virtualization experience.
