The team develops real-world products involving IoT ecosystems, connected devices, hardware-software integrations, APIs, dashboards, and mobile applications.

• Test end-to-end flows across devices, backend/API, dashboards, and mobile applications;
• Clarify test setup, defect reproducibility, and expected behavior with development and product teams;
• Create high-quality bug reports with reproduction steps, environment details, device information, firmware versions, logs, and photos or videos when needed.

• Experience in Manual QA with hardware, IoT, embedded systems, smart devices, or energy devices;
• Experience testing end-to-end flows across device, backend/API, dashboard, and mobile application;
• Basic understanding of APIs, Swagger/Postman, logs, device data, and integration scenarios;
• Strong communication skills with development and product teams;
• Ability to create detailed bug reports;
• English B2 or higher;
• Nice to have: experience with AWS, AWS IoT, or cloud logs; mobile testing on real iOS and Android devices; experience in the energy domain, including batteries, solar, EV chargers, heat pumps, and EMS/BMS; experience building QA processes for hardware products; basic scripting or test automation skills.
