qa engineer (manual) for 4X strategy games

Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus. The company develops and publishes mobile and web games, specializing in the mid-core 4X strategy MMO genre, including the cross-platform title Total Battle.

• Drive end-to-end QA support for endgame features from requirement analysis to final release;
• Participate in planning by evaluating testability, identifying risks, and estimating effort;
• Assess test coverage and keep critical test cases relevant and up to date;
• Review testing documentation and help improve its structure and quality;
• Conduct full testing, smoke tests, regression, final acceptance, and post-release monitoring during minor and major release cycles;
• Share knowledge across the QA team.

• Experience in game testing;
• 5+ Years of experience testing web and mobile applications;
• Strong knowledge of testing methods and techniques;
• Good understanding of client–server architecture and practical experience testing such systems;
• Proficiency in working with requirements and documentation;
• Hands-on experience with bug-tracking systems;
• Familiarity with test management tools;
• Experience analyzing and working with system logs;
• English at B1 level;
• Nice to have: understanding of core game mechanics and game design principles, experience collaborating with customer support to investigate and reproduce edge-case issues, high level of gaming knowledge and/or skill.
