QA Engineer (manual)

The client is a Cyprus-based software company that builds digital products for international brands, public sector organisations, financial technology companies, and local businesses.

• Gather, review and analyse business and system specifications;
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to ensure feature quality;
• Design and execute test cases and analyse the results;
• Conduct tests across systems, browsers and devices for web and mobile products;
• Create logs documenting testing phases and defects;
• Report bugs and errors to the Development Team and assist with troubleshooting;
• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing;
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle;
• Identify key KPIs for product quality;
• Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management;
• Report to the QA Team Lead.

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field;
• 3–5 Years of demonstrated experience as a QA Test Engineer;
• Experience writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases;
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors;
• Working knowledge of test management software;
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working;
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving aptitude;
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment;
• Methodical, diligent and detail-oriented approach;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken;
• Nice to have: Postman, Swagger, SoapUI, WireMock.

• Salary range: EUR 25,200 - 32,400 gross/year depending on experience and qualifications;
