QA Engineer (manual)

Evermed is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that provides an AI-powered, Netflix-style video education platform and engagement engine designed for medical associations worldwide.

• Execute manual and exploratory testing for web and API components, guided by the QA team;
• Run regression test suites and keep results organized and traceable in TestRail and Jira;
• Write clear, actionable bug reports with steps, evidence, and context;
• Learn Postman for basic API validation and sanity checks;
• Verify bug fixes and participate in release validation;
• Communicate testing status proactively - daily, without being asked;
• Share timely, clear updates about the activities performed with the other team members in English;
• Gradually take ownership of specific platform areas as your knowledge grows;
• Learn from senior QA colleagues and absorb the team's testing methods and discipline.

• Have 0-2 years of QA experience (internships, courses with real projects, or a first QA job all count);
• Are genuinely curious - you don't stop at "this doesn't work," you want to know why;
• Have basic understanding of how web applications work (frontend, backend, APIs);
• Are comfortable writing clear, structured bug reports with reproduction steps;
• Show initiative - you ask for work when you're free, flag blockers early, and never wait to be chased for status;
• Are detail-oriented and patient enough to test thoroughly, not just quickly;
• Want to grow toward test automation over time;
• Communicate openly and proactively - in writing and in person;
• English for work and communication;
• Nice to have: Any exposure to test automation and Page Object Model (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium - even from courses), Basic SQL knowledge for data verification, Familiarity with REST APIs and tools like Postman, ISTQB Foundation or similar QA training, Comfort using AI tools to speed up your work and learning, Testing mobile applications on Android and/or iOS is a plus, Prior hands-on experience testing streaming platforms (think Netflix, Disney+, etc.) is a significant advantage.
