QA Engineer (manual)

SplitMetrics is a global software company providing an ecosystem of products and services for mobile-first businesses, including platforms for Apple Ads automation, ASO optimization, and mobile marketing agency services.

• Perform functional testing of frontends and APIs and analyze the results;
• Design approaches to validate AI-driven and non-deterministic outputs including quality, consistency, and guardrails;
• Identify defects and write clear, reproducible bug reports;
• Create and maintain test documentation based on test design techniques;
• Participate in the development process from requirements and design stages;
• Advocate for quality and contribute to team discussions;
• Verify asynchronous and event-driven flows;
• Interact with customer support managers, product teams, and developers.

• 5+ Years of experience testing web applications;
• Proficiency with CLI;
• Solid SQL expertise;
• General understanding of software architecture;
• General understanding of Python;
• Understanding of the QA role at every stage of software development;
• Confident use of test design practices;
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and focus on quality;
• Nice to have: Experience working with automating tests.
