qa engineer (auto) for trading platforms backend

FxPro is an international fintech company with trading products and an international workforce of over 600 employees representing 50 nationalities.

• Develop and maintain automated tests for fintech trading platforms
• Increase automation coverage to reduce manual testing and speed up software defect detection
• Perform backend testing to verify data validation and frontend-to-backend consistency
• Conduct end-to-end and integration testing across internal and third-party applications
• Debug, document, and track issues using bug-tracking tools, collaborating with developers to resolve them quickly
• Improve testing methodologies, tools, and processes to increase software development cycle efficiency
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to align testing with requirements and use cases
• Share testing insights and best practices with the team and stakeholders
• Promote best practices and mentor engineers at all levels to foster a high-performance QA culture

• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance Test Automation
• Solid knowledge of Test Theory and its practical application
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical, problem-solving mindset
• Proactive approach and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
• Experience with Git
• English communication skills, both written and verbal
