FxPro is an international fintech company with offices in Limassol, London, Nassau, Dubai, and Yerevan. Its workforce includes over 600 employees representing 50 nationalities.
задачи
Set up new user accounts and machines
Install and maintain hardware and software on user PCs
Keep operating systems and software updated and patched to maintain user-level security
Replace defective hardware or systems when needed
Act as the first point of contact for error reports and end-user support requests
Assist users with software and computer equipment
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of software and hardware
Collaborate with the network team to manage telephony systems
Maintain IoT devices, including video conferencing systems and printers
Work with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues
Record and update IT support tickets in Jira
Manage the company's physical access control system
Update and review technical documentation
Perform additional duties as required
требования
University degree in Computer Science or a related IT field
Excellent English language skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and macOS
Understanding of computer hardware
Experience with Windows Active Directory
Experience with Office 365 and Google Workspace applications
Будет плюсом: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, experience with Google Workspace Admin
